MCC Jingcheng signed the supply project contract for 1450mm acid rolling combined unit of Uzbekistan amp company

　　On the morning of June 30, China Metallurgical Jingcheng and Uzbekistan amp company held a signing ceremony for the supply project of 1450mm acid rolling combined unit. This project is the first set of the largest acid tandem mill in China that adopts the "Chinese standard" in the whole process overseas, marking a major breakthrough in the "going global" of China's Metallurgical high-end cold rolling complete equipment.

　　The 1450mm acid rolling combined unit will be independently designed, manufactured, supplied, commissioned and operated by China Metallurgical Jingcheng. The thinnest strip thickness can be rolled to 0.17mm, the strip width is 950mm~1300mm, the maximum rolling speed is 1200m/min, and the annual output is 1million tons. After the project is put into operation, Uzbekistan amp company will become a full process Steel Complex Integrating steelmaking, hot rolling, cold rolling and steel deep processing, and will also become the largest private steel enterprise in Uzbekistan, with the market covering the whole Central Asia region, Russia and Eastern European countries. The cooperation between the two sides is of great significance to the "going out" of metallurgical equipment of MCC Jingcheng and the promotion of regional influence.

　　The cold rolling project (phase I) of Uzbekistan amp company began to be prepared in 2017, and MCC Jingcheng undertook the equipment supply task of Push-pull Pickling unit and 1380mm single stand rolling mill. The project team earnestly implements the concept of "on-site circular market", overcomes the serious impact of the epidemic, and faces the difficulties to ensure that the first phase of the project will be put into operation smoothly by the end of 2020. After the unit was put into operation, it continued to operate stably and achieved good economic benefits, which strengthened the confidence of AMP company to cooperate with MCC Jingcheng again.
