At about 1410 hours on October 8,2022, an object strike accident occurred at the branch of Tiexia branch of Panzhihua Steel City Group Co. , Ltd. , killing one person, the accident caused a direct economic loss of about 2032200 yuan. According to the investigation, the branch of Panzhihua Steel City Group Co. , Ltd. has not fully implemented the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, and safety education and training is not in place, the unit responsible for the accident is the one who did not strictly supervise the employees to implement the safety production rules and regulations and safety operation rules of the relevant posts of the unit. His actions violated the provisions of article twenty-eight, paragraph 1, and article forty-four, paragraph 1, of the law of the People's Republic of China on work safety, pursuant to Article One Hundred and fourteen, paragraph 1(a) , of the law of the People's Republic of China on work safety, to impose an administrative penalty of RMB500,000(capital ten thousand) on the branch of Panzhihua Iron City Group.
