Intermediate and operation steps of acid continuous rolling welding machine

operating steps
(1) Entrance and exit side guide guards are closed.
(2) The inlet and exit fixtures are closed.
(3) The width of the upper strip and the next strip is calculated by operating the side guide guard on both sides. The two side guides are equipped with light sensors.
(4) Ribbon steel width monitor. An optical edge sensing device is installed on the shear frame of the operating side. When the shear frame moves to the transmission side, the optical sensor detects the difference in the width edge of the working side strip. The center difference between the last strip and the next strip can be calculated by using the data in (3) and (4).
(5) According to the calculated data, the entry clamp moves horizontally. The center of the last strip is automatically aligned with the center of the last strip as described above.Wc=Wd-{(|Wl-Wt|)/2}
(6) Ribbon steel width monitor. An optical edge sensing device is installed on the shear frame of the operating side. The monitor is 2 sets of light sensors and is used to control the movement of the working head and frame.
(7) Working head transmission mechanism. The working head runs along the right corner in the direction of the production line, equipped with a shear frame and supported by super-precision guide rails mounted on the outlet fixture.
(8) Position the working head and focus the laser beam on the solder joint.
(9) Beam transmission and focus. The beam catheter, reflector transmits the laser beam from the laser oscillator to the beam focusing device on the outlet fixture.
(10) Silk feeding machine. There is a wire feeding machine near the working head.
(11) The bottom roller. Level level to maintain the lower surface of the strip. The height of the bottom roller on the entrance side can be automatically adjusted according to different thicknesses. The upper part of the bottom roll at the exit and inlet during welding is in close contact with the lower surface of the upper strip and the next strip.
(12) Adjust the roller. The adjustment roll is used to reduce the gap of welding machine before laser welding.
(13) Rear rolling edge roll. The rear roll is used for laser welding to provide reduced finished thickness for welding.
(14) Treatment of scrap steel under shear. An automatic scrap treatment system is provided at the lower shear gripper.
(15) Lubrication. Automatic center lubrication system, about 100 points.
(16) Safety device.
(17) Laser beam protection cover. The transparent plastic section is used to protect the personnel from the hazards of the secondary refraction of the laser beam.
(18) Laser oscillator (TRUMPF Germany).
(19) Cooling device. Automatic cooling water circulation system is used to cool the laser gas sources and others.
