I. Introduction of Qinjin Group
Inner Mongolia Qinjin New Material Group Co., Ltd. belongs to Hebei Bi Group, the company was established in November 2018, located in Naiman Industrial Park. The main construction of nickel iron alloy, silicon manganese alloy, high carbon chromium iron alloy, special cast steel smelting, special cast steel hot rolling, pickling, cold rolling, is a nickel-based new materials based on the whole industry chain project. The project covers an area of 9800 mu, with a total estimated investment of 33 billion yuan, and an annual output value of 100 billion yuan, tax revenue of 4 billion yuan, and employment of 15,000 people. Since 2024, ferroalloy plants, steel mills and rolling mills have been put into operation, and at present, more than 600 people are planned to be recruited in the near future according to production needs.
 
Construction of 36 33000KVA ore furnace, including 26 sets of nickel-iron alloy, 6 sets of ferrochrome, silicon manganese alloy 4 sets, annual output of high, low nickel iron, high carbon chromium, silicon manganese alloy 3 million tons.
 
The special casting steel continuous casting project will start construction in November 2020 and be put into production in July 2024. Two electric arc furnaces, two medium frequency furnaces and two AOD furnaces will produce 2 million tons of special steel annually.
 
Introduction of rolling steel mill using the international advanced continuous casting and rolling technology, the construction of high value-added rolled steel pickling project, the final product is an annual output of 2.2 million tons of special steel coil.

1. Finance Department (accounting)5 people

7. 10 electricians
Requirements: high school education or above, male, age 50 years or less, comprehensive salary 4500-6300 yuan/month, holding an electrician license, with relevant job experience is preferred, probation period of 3 months
8. Mechanic 10 people
Requirements: high school education or above, male, age 50 years or less, comprehensive salary 4500-6300 yuan/month, holding a welder certificate, with relevant job experience is preferred, probation period of 3 months
9. 5 automatic instrument workers
Requirements: College degree or above, male, age 50 years or less, comprehensive salary 4500-6300 yuan/month, electrical and automation related professionals, with relevant job experience is preferred, probation period of 3 months
10. Workshop production position of 100 people
Requirements: junior high school education or above, male age 50 years old, female age 40 years old, healthy, no bad habits, comprehensive salary 3500-6000 yuan/month
11. Ferroalloy plant 10 central control workers (computer operators)
Requirements: College degree or above, female, under 35 years old, proficient in computer application Remarks: All the above job requirements: regular facial features, good health, heart disease, high blood pressure, no history of serious diseases. Good credit, no criminal record.
 
6. Welfare and salary
(1) Welfare benefits: five insurance and one fund (the company pays part of the staff about 1450 yuan) seniority wages free dormitory free lunch (10 yuan/meal) enjoy public holidays
(2) Salary and treatment: New employees enter the job according to three stages: internship period, fixed probation period and regular transfer.
1. General worker positions (1) Internship period: New employees who have not been assigned a position will be paid the internship salary standard, and the internship period is 2 months: 3,300 yuan/month for male workers and 2,800 yuan/month for female workers; (2) Probation period: After the internship, the probation period shall be paid according to the salary standard of the designated position. The probation period shall be 1 month, and the probation period shall be paid according to 80% of the comprehensive salary of the position.
2.
