Due to the development needs of the company, we are now recruiting a vice president of production for the whole society
(1) Job responsibilities:
1. Production strategy planning and implementation: According to the Group's overall strategy, combined with steel market demand and industry trends, formulate long-term development plans and annual production plans for the production department, clarify production targets and capacity improvement plans, etc., ensure that production activities are consistent with the company's strategic direction, supervise the effective implementation of plans, regularly evaluate production performance, and timely adjust strategies to achieve goals.
2. Production and operation management: fully responsible for the daily operation of steel production, rationally arrange the production process, optimize the production layout, coordinate the connection of various production links (such as ironmaking, steelmaking, rolling, etc.), and ensure the continuity and stability of production. Monitor the indicators in the production process, such as output, quality, energy consumption, etc., find and solve the problems in the production in time, ensure the product quality meets the standard, and reduce the production cost.
3. Cost control and quality management: Establish and improve the production cost control system, strictly control raw material procurement, energy consumption, equipment maintenance and other costs, reduce production costs through technological innovation, process improvement and other means to improve production efficiency and economic benefits. Strengthen quality management, establish a quality control system, ensure that product quality meets national standards and customer requirements, deal with quality problems and customer complaints, and constantly improve product quality and brand image.
4. Safety and environmental protection management: implement national laws and regulations on production safety and environmental protection, establish and improve production safety management systems and environmental protection measures, strengthen production safety education and training, and enhance employees' safety awareness and environmental awareness. Regular organization of safety inspections and environmental monitoring, timely elimination of safety hazards, to ensure that production activities meet environmental requirements, to achieve safe production and green development.
5. Equipment and technical management: responsible for the selection, procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance management of production equipment, formulate equipment maintenance plans and operating procedures to ensure the normal operation and service life of equipment. Pay attention to new technologies and processes in the steel industry, organize technology research and development and innovation activities, promote the upgrading and transformation of production technology, and improve production efficiency and product competitiveness.
6. Communication and coordination: Maintain close communication and cooperation with other departments within the company (such as sales, procurement, R & D, etc.), timely understand the market demand and raw material supply, coordinate and solve problems related to other departments in the production process. Maintain good cooperation with external suppliers, partners, government departments, etc., to safeguard the interests and image of the company. 7. Team management and talent training: managed and led the production team, formulated team building goals and talent development plans, defined the responsibilities and authority of each post, and allocated tasks reasonably. Organize and carry out staff training and skills improvement activities, motivate employees to improve work efficiency and production skills, cultivate and reserve production management talents, and create a positive team atmosphere.
(2) Qualifications:
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in metallurgical engineering, material science and engineering, mechanical engineering, etc., under 55 years old.
2. Work experience: more than 10 years of work experience in steel industry, including more than 5 years of production management experience, familiar with all aspects of steel production and process flow, vice president of production or equivalent work experience in large steel enterprises is preferred.
3. Professional skills: proficient in steel production process and technology, familiar with the operation and maintenance of production equipment, and master the knowledge and skills of production cost control, quality management and safety management. Strong ability of data analysis and decision-making, able to make scientific and reasonable decisions based on production data and market information.
4. Ability and quality: With excellent leadership and team management ability, can effectively organize, motivate and lead the team to complete the production task. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate well with internal departments and external partners. With strong innovation ability and adaptability, able to cope with market changes and various challenges in the production process. Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and professionalism. 5.
