　　Scale: as the most important process consumer of the strip production line, the bearing of the strip mill in the steel rolling plant of Longgang company has the characteristics of long casting and processing cycle and large consumption. For example, the processing cycle will be further extended when the supplier's area is under environmental pressure and sudden epidemic, and the small batch purchase is affected by the quantity and delivery time, which can not meet the normal demand of steel rolling. The use of contracting mode can avoid the overstock of rolling mill bearings and maximize the capital. The contractor can continuously schedule production to ensure the supply of spare parts and ensure the safe and smooth operation of rolling line production. This contract is based on two years. The contract is based on the cost per ton of steel, and the contract cost is settled based on the steel output of the current month, the comprehensive contract unit price and the assessment results. The comprehensive unit price of the contract includes the cost of spare parts (product design, material procurement, manufacturing, inspection, etc.), packaging and transportation, commissioning, transportation and miscellaneous expenses, 13% value-added tax, technical service fee and other costs included in the project.

　　3、 Bidder qualification requirements

　　(001 qualification and capability requirements of the bidder for the bearing contracting project of the high-quality strip mill of the rolling mill of Shaanxi Longmen Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.):

　　3.1 the tenderer must be an independent legal person legally registered in China and have a valid business license for enterprise legal person (five certificates in one or three certificates in one).
