  4. before cutting, the tool shall be clamped. After the workpiece is clamped properly, the key shall be removed immediately. It is necessary to run the vehicle empty for two minutes, and the operation shall be carried out after it is normal. If the workpiece exceeds the machine body or the head of the bed, a fence or obvious sign shall be set.

  5. if brittle metal is processed, protective glasses must be worn, and protective plates shall be added during high-speed cutting.

  6. when measuring the workpiece, loading and unloading the tool, changing the workpiece, changing the speed and wiping the machine tool, the machine shall be stopped for operation.

  7. always keep the lathe and its surroundings clean and tidy, and there is no square thing on the lathe.

  8. there shall be no lubricating oil around the machine tool and in the passage. The iron filings must be removed with a brush., Do not move your hands or blow with your mouth.

  9. when the machine tool is running, the operator is not allowed to leave the work position, and the power supply should be turned off immediately in case of power failure.

  10. always pay attention to whether the machine operates normally, and the temperature of electrical equipment shall not exceed 60 C。

Safety operation procedures for electric welders

Safety operation procedures for sawing machine workers

  1. make all preparations before sawing. Install the vice so that the center of the sawing material is located in the middle of the sawing stroke. Place the sawing material on the vice horizontally and at right angles to the saw blade. If you want to saw the material at an oblique angle, adjust the vice to the required angle before installing the sawing material. The size of the sawing material shall not be greater than the maximum size of the machine tool.

  2. the saw blade must be tightened, and the sawtooth should be sharp. Before sawing, a short-term test run must be conducted (3-5 minutes). To blow out the air in the liquid cylinder and the oil grooves on the hydraulic rotating device. Check whether the saw tooth is faulty and whether the lubricating oil circuit is normal.

  3. during operation, turn the rotary valve to the "down" position to make the saw blade contact with the material, and then turn the handle to the slow-moving position. After the initial sawing is good, the normal operation can be started.

  4. during the operation of the sawing machine, it is not allowed to change speed midway. The sawing material shall be placed and clamped firmly. The required feed amount shall be determined according to the hardness of the material and the quality of the saw blade.

  5. for the normal operation of the sawing machine, mineral oil without acid and other mixtures must be added to the hydraulic transmission and lubrication device. The cold liquid must not be dirty or mixed with small metal chips, and must be filtered or replaced periodically.

  6. cut off the power supply after work, and put all control handles back to the empty position. In case of abnormal temperature rise and noise of the machine tool, stop the machine and check with the equipment maintenance worker.
