　　3. Qualification requirements of the bidder:

　　3.1 the tenderer must provide a valid business license.

　　3.2 the bidder shall provide not less than one contract for the new manufacturing or repair performance of primary and secondary reducers (also known as tilting reducers) of 120 tons or more converter after January 1st, 2015 (the contract shall at least provide the first page, the target page, the signature page, the scanned copy of the original or the scanned copy of the copy stamped with the official seal of the bidder). And provide the corresponding invoice (the invoice date should be 30 days before the bid opening date). If the converter tonnage is not shown in the contract, the technical agreement, drawings and other supporting materials can be provided.
