1, engaged in steel pipe heat treatment work for more than 5 years;
2, familiar with API 5CT, API 5L and other steel pipe standards, with corresponding production and quality management experience;
3, familiar with steel pipe heat treatment furnace temperature and furnace atmosphere control, water quenching, straightening and other steel pipe heat treatment operations, can analyze the causes of steel pipe defects and timely treatment;
4, familiar with steel pipe physical and chemical inspection, steel pipe flaw detection process;
5, skilled preparation of steel pipe heat treatment process card
Wire turning and chamfering process engineer
Mechanical processing and related majors
1, engaged in steel pipe threading work for more than 5 years;
2. Familiar with API 5CT, API 5B and other steel pipe thread turning and inspection standards, familiar with API5L and other standard steel pipe chamfering process, with corresponding production and quality management experience;
3, familiar with the operation of steel pipe wire turning machine, familiar with steel pipe wire turning machine and chamfering machine equipment and can deal with equipment failures in time;
4, familiar with hoop wire, inspection, phosphating, oiling, packaging and other processes;
5, skilled preparation of steel pipe wire, hoop wire inspection process card and chamfering and packaging process card
Inspection and quality control engineer

1, engaged in steel pipe ultrasonic exploration work for more than 5 years;
2, familiar with API 5CT, API 5L and other steel pipe inspection standards, with corresponding production and quality management experience;
3, familiar with steel pipe ultrasonic, magnetic powder inspection operation, with ultrasonic magnetic powder inspection grade three is preferred;
4, familiar with steel pipe quality management system, familiar with steel pipe manual inspection, magnetic leakage detection, water pressure and other processes and preparation of process cards;
5, familiar with steel pipe ultrasonic, magnetic particle inspection, water pressure and other inspection equipment, and can judge and deal with faults in time
Long pipe processing operation

1, engaged in steel pipe heat treatment, thread processing and other management work for more than 5 years;
2, familiar with steel pipe deep processing process, with the corresponding production plan, safety management, quality management coordination management ability;
3, familiar with steel pipe deep processing heat treatment, straightening, flaw detection, water pressure, wire, oil packaging and other related standards;
4, familiar with the relevant standards of steel pipe, with the ability to review heat treatment, testing water pressure, wire, oil packaging and other process cards;
5, with the corresponding safety, production, quality management organization and coordination ability
