Operating procedures for guide fitter

  1、 Standards and parameters:

  1. the guide box, guide pair, guide roller, wear plate, nose cone and other guide components of each Sorty shall be selected in strict accordance with the guide layout table.

  2. the assembly width of the two guide rollers of the rolling guide shall be controlled according to the rolled piece size of each Sorty provided in the rolling table. The inner width of the rolling guide for rough and medium rolling can be 0.5mm larger than the rolled piece width. The inner width of the rolling guide for finish rolling and reducing sizing shall be equal to the rolled piece size.

  3. when the wear of rough rolling sliding guide is greater than 1mm and the local wear is greater than 2mm, it must be replaced; The rolling guide device must be replaced if the wear is greater than 0.5mm and the local wear is greater than 1mm.

  4. the sliding guide surface of medium and finish rolling must be replaced when the wear is greater than 0.5mm and the local wear is greater than 1mm; The rolling guide must be replaced when the surface wear is greater than 0.2mm and the local wear is greater than 0.5mm.

  5. the replacement principle of conduit and guide groove shall follow the rough rolling sliding guide.

  2、 Preparation before operation:

  1. check whether the slings and tools used meet the safe use standards.

  2. prepare the tools, measuring tools and lubricating grease used.

  3. check the compressed air pipeline.

  4. clean up the site to ensure safe and civilized production.

  3、 Operation requirements:

  1. select the correct guide components in strict accordance with the guide preparation table.

  2. before installation, carefully check the dimensions and surface quality of all parts used, and use only after all parts are qualified. Before reuse, the used parts shall be carefully checked for wear. All unqualified parts shall be removed and repaired or scrapped according to the situation.

  3. clean all parts with lint free cleaning materials, free of oil, rust and other dirt.

  4. the installation of rolling guide shall ensure that the two guide rollers have the same roll diameter and the same pass type. The sample bar shall be used for centering adjustment. The size and shape of the sample bar shall meet the production process requirements. During adjustment, the imported guide plate shall be installed first, and the gap of the guide roller shall be inspected with the sample bar to ensure that the guide roller is consistent with the sample bar. For the large-size rolling guide used in roughing, the method of measuring the roll gap of the guide roll can be used.

  5. when the guide roller bearing is assembled, the outer ring of the bearing shall be gently driven into the bearing position at the upper and lower ends of the guide roller with a copper rod to ensure that it reaches the empty bottom. The inner core of the bearing shall be placed in the outer rings of the upper and lower bearings, and the appropriate sealing covers shall be covered on the upper and lower bearings.

  6. the worm gear and worm of the rolling guide shall be coated with dry lubricating oil.

  7. before installing the oil-gas lubrication pipeline and cooling pipeline of the guide, check with compressed air to ensure that the oil and water pipelines are unblocked.

  8. all guide plates and nose cones of each guide shall be installed correctly, and all screws shall be firmly in place.

  9. during the assembly and disassembly of the guide roller shaft, gently tap with a copper rod to prevent deformation and damage to the upper and lower threads. After the guide roller shaft is installed, tap the upper and lower end faces of the guide roller with a copper rod and further tighten the nuts to reduce the axial clearance and ensure that the guide roller rotates freely.

  10. the left and right adjustment wheels shall be installed symmetrically, and gaskets shall be added to ensure a certain adjustment allowance.

  11. the center lines of guide rail, guide roller and nose cone must coincide.

  12. the upper and lower arc surfaces of the front end (or nose cone front end) of the guide rail are equal to the upper and lower clearance of the rolling groove.

  13. the inner bore size of the inlet guide pair must ensure that the rolled piece enters the pass according to the pass design requirements. The outlet guide plate must be installed to ensure that the rolled piece can be removed from the groove smoothly and the direction is straight. The front of the guide plate (or the front end of the nose cone) is consistent with the rolling groove.

  14. oil air lubrication holes shall be purged with compressed air to ensure that they are dry and unblocked.

  15. after the guide assembly, the guide model, sorties, rolling specification, guide roll opening size, assembler, inspector, etc. shall be marked on the guide label, and the "guide assembly record" shall be filled in.

  16. the guide damaged during production shall be inspected, the parts that can be repaired shall be repaired, and the "guide repair account" shall be filled in. Those that cannot be repaired shall be scrapped, and the "guide scrap account" shall be filled in.

  17. clean the guide after assembly and inspection, and hoist it to the designated place for standby.

  18. all guides that need to be replaced in the production process shall be hoisted on the 1\\; flat car for handover with the production workers.

  19. after the work is completed, the tools shall be sorted out and the site shall be cleaned.

  4、 Guiding principles:

  1. rolling guide:

  The rolling guide components shall be stacked according to the priority of the rack (category) and finished products (category).

  Guide rollers and inserts shall be stacked according to the priority of guide model (category) and pass type (category).

  The rolling guide box shall be stacked according to the guide model.

  2. sliding guide:

  The sliding guides shall be stacked according to the priority of the rack (category) and specification range (category).

  5、 Warning:

  1. handle the guide parts with care to prevent damage caused by collision.

  2. pay attention to safety during operation, and specify lifting to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
