It increased investment and implemented four major technological transformation projects, comprehensively upgraded the whole industrial chain of steel-making, hot rolling, pickling and cold rolling stainless steel, and promoted the production line to achieve a high degree of automation, informatization and intelligence, It also lays a solid foundation for enterprises to speed up the whole chain from upstream raw material smelting to downstream stainless steel products deep processing.

　　Recently, Wang Wenhui, vice president of Guangdong stainless steel materials and Products Association and President of Jinhai brilliant group, revealed the relevant project plan and progress of Jinhai stainless steel.

　　It is reported that the automation transformation of Jinhai stainless steel will be fully launched in the second half of the year, with a total of 19 projects for automation, informatization and digital transformation.

　　President Wang said that the 1050mm stainless steel full continuous rolling project concerned by the industry carries the hope of Jinhai's product brand strategy. Jinhai has always been working towards building a production line with high standards that people in Jinhai are proud of and have been looking forward to for a long time. According to reports, as the previous epidemic in Shanghai has affected the delivery of Shanghai electric machinery, the project is expected to be put into trial production as soon as August.

　　In addition, Jinhai stainless steel 1.2 million ton green dry solution production line is currently in full swing, and we expect to complete the first phase of the project with high quality as scheduled before September 30 this year.
