　　On June 28, the No. 3 continuous caster of Huixin Casting Co., Ltd. of Anshan Zizhu group, which was generally contracted by China Metallurgical Jingcheng, was successfully hot tested at one time and directly put into normal production. The continuous caster applies the multi specification composite continuous casting technology and supporting control system newly developed by MCC Jingcheng, and it is the first time in the world that a continuous caster is compatible with the production of slabs, rectangular billets and heavy profiled billets at the same time. Among them, the thickness of the web of heavy shaped blank is the largest in the world at present.

　　Anshan Huixin 3 continuous caster is equipped with technologies such as high-capacity deep liquid level tundish, whole process protective pouring, crystallizer hydraulic vibration, crystallizer liquid level detection, etc., which can meet the flexible production needs of customers with multiple specifications and small batches. Rolling H-beam with heavy profiled billet can effectively reduce the energy consumption of steel rolling process and realize green production. In addition, MCC Jingcheng has designed and developed a new control system for secondary cooling water control, dummy bar control, hydraulic control of tension leveler, etc., to achieve a system to meet the control requirements of different billet shapes.
