Chengde Jianlong Special Steel Co., Ltd. awarded Danieli China the supply contract for the whole line process and core equipment of the new special steel medium rod

　　Chengde Jianlong Special Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengde Jianlong") signed a contract with Danieli China for the process design of the whole line of special steel medium rods and the supply of core equipment in March 2022.

　　As a subsidiary of Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., Chengde Jianlong focuses on special steel products, and has cooperated with Danieli for many times in recent years. After inheriting the projects of dejianlong 2 # continuous caster, 3 # continuous caster and 4 # super large round billet continuous caster, this time we will continue to cooperate with Danieli on the medium rod line. The billet of the medium bar wire will come from the caster previously ordered.

　　The whole process design and core equipment of the project are designed and manufactured by Danieli metallurgical equipment (China) Co., Ltd. and Danieli high tech (Changshu) Co., Ltd. the design capacity is 1million tons / year of special steel bars, the product specifications cover Φ 60mm - Φ 180mm of special steel bars, and the production capacity of square steel is reserved. The main equipment includes 16 short stress non archway mills arranged horizontally and vertically in GCC, and Danieli's gcc9575 model is used for the first time on domestic medium bars. This model has large opening and strong rolling force, which provides a prerequisite for realizing large billet biting and low-temperature open rolling. Thanks to Danieli's long-term production experience in the field of special steel and rich global project experience, the process of this production line and the design of water-cooling line provide a strong guarantee for future production. The production line also adopts the latest generation of 1300 ton cold shear equipment, equipped with imported hydraulic clutch and holding brake system, which can maintain stable operation and reduce maintenance times and costs. This cold shear equipment has been applied to many domestic projects.

　　After the completion of the project, this production line will become the special steel medium bar line with the highest production capacity, the largest billet and the widest product specification in China, helping Chengde Jianlong further optimize its product structure and expand its product range. The project also further expands and strengthens Danieli's leading position in the design and supply of special steel bar lines in the world.
