Zhongtian Steel Group (Huai'an) New Materials Co., Ltd. officially launched on January 8, 2022. With a total investment of 20.2 billion yuan, it plans to build a production base for 1.6 million tons of high-quality steel cord annually. It has become the largest single manufacturing project in Huai'an's history. The project covers an area of 2,802 acres and has a construction area of 1.42 million square meters. It plans to build 6 production branches and a research and development center, as well as a customer service center. After completion, it is expected to become the largest and most intelligent high-quality steel cord manufacturing base in the world, with annual sales of over 20 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of over 1.5 billion yuan. It will directly create nearly 8,000 jobs. At the same time, Zhongtian Steel will build a steel deep processing industrial park based on this project, forming a new materials industrial cluster with annual revenue of over 50 billion yuan.
