4. 5. After signing the contract, if the buyer fails to complete the delivery according to the agreed time due to the buyer’s reasons, the delivered goods will be settled according to the winning bid price, and 20% of the total contract value will be deducted as liquidated damages.
6. Mode of transportation: The buyer picks up in the factory; the self-pickup vehicle must meet the emission standards of China VI or above, or electric vehicles, and vehicles that match the on-site loading conditions. From the time the product is loaded and delivered, the relevant risks shall be borne by the buyer;
7. In order to protect the rights and interests of the buyer, the seller will not disclose the buyer's information. For the winning bid price, the bidder may consult the seller by telephone after seven working days from the date of bid opening.

2. Qualification requirements
1. The buyer must be a Chinese company registered in China and have the qualifications of a general taxpayer;
