Hebei Huaxi Special Steel Co., Ltd. was established in Tangshan Seaport Development Zone in 2019, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jingye Group, a Fortune 500 enterprise in the world. The registered capital of the company is 2.6 billion yuan, covers an area of 2200 mu, and the total investment is about 6 billion yuan. The main production equipment includes: 1 2300m³ blast furnace, 1 170-ton converter, 1 320㎡ sintering machine, 2 600t/d double-chamber lime kilns, with an annual output of 1.76 million tons of hot metal and 1.8 million tons of steel. It is equipped with a 12-flow billet continuous casting machine, a wide and thick plate production line with an annual output of 3 million tons and a supporting double-flow slab continuous casting machine, oxygen production, gas power generation, ultrafine powder production of water slag, steel slag treatment production line, environmental protection and energy saving facilities and public auxiliary facilities.

Requirements: Under 50 years old, bachelor degree or above, metallurgy, machinery, materials and other related majors, with metallurgical/steel rolling senior engineer or above, more than 10 years of rolling steel (medium and thick plate) production and management experience, salary negotiable. (Qualifications for special excellence can be relaxed)
(1) Experience in production management of medium and thick plates with a production capacity of 2 million tons or more;
(2) Proficient in medium and thick plate production technology and product quality management;
(3) Familiar with the current advanced process equipment and technology (including MES production management system, digital workshop system, big data quality analysis system, fine energy management system, etc.);
(4) Experience in the preparation of medium-thick plate projects is preferred;
Requirements: Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in steel rolling, intermediate engineer qualification of metallurgy/steel rolling, more than 5 years of steel rolling (medium thick plate) R & D or on-site rolling work experience, more than 2 years of production management work experience, salary negotiable. (Qualifications for special excellence can be relaxed)
(1) Proficient in medium and thick plate production process and steel rolling technology;
(2) Have the ability to continuously optimize the production process, increase efficiency and reduce cost;
(3) Understand the application of MES production management system and digital workshop system;
Requirements: Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, mechanical, automation and other related majors, with mechanical engineer or above qualifications, more than 5 years of rolling steel (medium and thick plate) equipment maintenance and management experience, salary negotiable. (1) Proficient in the mechanical principle and structure of medium and thick plate production equipment;
(2) Master the installation, debugging and maintenance of medium and thick plate production equipment;
(3) Master the maintenance and spot inspection of medium and thick plate production equipment, and have the ability to quickly diagnose equipment failures and carry out emergency treatment;
Requirements: Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical, electrical automation, instrumentation, etc., with electrical, automation engineer or above qualifications, more than 5 years of rolling steel (medium thick plate) electrical, automation equipment point inspection and maintenance and other technical management work, more than 2 years of workshop management experience. (1) Proficient in Siemens automation system, proficient in PLC, HMI and other programming software;
(2) Familiar with the debugging and maintenance of variable frequency transmission equipment;
(3) Familiar with the working principle and structure of the field instrument, with the ability to quickly diagnose the fault of the automatic control system and carry out emergency treatment;
(4) Have an understanding of advanced process equipment and technology (including MES production management system, digital workshop system, big data quality analysis system, etc.);

Requirements: Under 40 years old, college degree or above, major in thermal engineering, more than 2 years working experience in heating furnace production, salary negotiable. (Qualifications for special excellence can be relaxed)
(1) Proficient in the structure and process of heating furnace (stepping heating furnace);
(2) It can adjust the fire of the heating furnace to ensure that the billet heating is uniform and normal.
(3) Skilled use of Office software such as OA and Office.
Specific salary negotiable, probation period of 3 months
