Pay level
During the probation period, the salary level is determined according to performance. Bachelor degree: 8000-12000 yuan/month (double bachelor degree: 9000-13,000 yuan/month); Master's degree 10,000-16,000 yuan/month; PhD 12000-20000 RMB/month.
