Founded in 2007, Xinganglian Metallurgical Co., Ltd. is a cross-regional and group ferrochrome production enterprise integrating production, research and development, marketing, industry and trade. The headquarters is located in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, and the production base is located in Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia. The company has more than 10 production enterprises, the existing more than 30 ore furnace, 3 converter, 1 refining furnace, the annual output of high, medium, low, micro carbon ferrochrome 1.35 million tons, the annual output value of 10 billion yuan, the existing staff of more than 4,000 people. 1. Recruitment positions and requirements
✮ 2 electricians
Requirements: Male, under 50 years old, (holding electrician's license), high school education, there are regular day shift and three shifts two kinds of positions, iron alloy industry is preferred.
✮ Two automation specialists
Requirements: Male, under 50 years old, college education, good health, have the skills to transform and update the hardware and software of automatic instrument equipment, and can modify the control scheme of the configuration software of automatic control system according to the production process requirements.
✮ 3 firemen
Requirements: Male, under 55 years old, junior high school culture, good health, three shifts and two shifts, can adapt to high temperature working environment, ferroalloy industry is preferred.
2. Salary and treatment
① Salary negotiable, family subsidies, seniority wages, year-end benefits, the company pays wages on time on the 15th day of each month;
② Once hired, pay five insurance and one fund according to the regulations (do not pay social security);
③ Non-local staff provide accommodation welfare canteen, local staff on and off work there are commuter cars;
