Shougang Shuicheng Iron & Steel (Group) Co., LTD. (referred to as: Shuigang) is a subsidiary of Shougang Group, located in the northwest of Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province. The enterprise was founded in 1966, mainly in the construction of steel production, mining, coal coking, import and export trade, automobile transportation, mechanical processing, construction installation, cement and other supporting industries in one of the largest Guizhou Province, the southwest region of the influential state-owned large-scale iron and steel complex. Scope and conditions of recruitment
(1) 2023 full-time undergraduate graduates, professional needs: Metallurgical Engineering, metal materials, material forming and control Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, Mechanical, electrical, automation, chemical engineering and technology, Energy and Power Engineering, Computer science and technology, measurement and control technology and instruments, software engineering, information security (recruitment 1), law (recruitment 1), engineering cost (recruitment 1, male only) and other majors.
(2) full-time college graduates, professional needs: mechanical, electrical, metallurgical, material, chemical, dynamic, computer, railway locomotive and other engineering majors.
(3) Retired soldiers with a high school education or above, no limitation on their major.
(4) Age requirement: female above 18 years old and below 28 years old (i.e. : born between November 1, 1995 and November 30, 2005). Males over 18 years old and under 30 years old (i.e., those born between November 1, 1993 and November 30, 2005).
(5) The physical health condition meets the employment requirements of metallurgical enterprises.
(6) With certain working experience, holding professional qualification certificate, special operation certificate, special equipment operator certificate (or special equipment safety management and operator certificate) that is consistent with or similar to the demand of the steel industry, under the same conditions, can be prefered; The age of professional and technical personnel who have certain working experience, hold the professional intermediate title qualification certificate required by Shuigang or the professional qualification certificate of technician or above, and the professional and technical personnel urgently needed to introduce Shuigang can be appropriately relaxed.
Recruitment methods and benefits
(1) Preliminary qualification examination: The recruitment working group will conduct qualification examination on the personal information of the applicants, and those who pass the examination will enter the written examination.
(2) Written test: The written test is a closed book test, which will be conducted in mid-November, and the specific time and place will be announced.
(3) Interview: Enter the interview according to the 1:2 ratio of the recruitment plan. If the number of qualified persons in the qualification examination is less than 1:2 of the recruitment plan, all of them will enter the interview.
(4) Proposed employment: according to the educational level with comprehensive scores from high to low ranking, selected employment. If the number of qualified applicants in the qualification examination is lower than the recruitment plan, they will be selected according to a certain proportion of their comprehensive results. Overall score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%+ extra points.

2. Those who hold the special operation certificate and special equipment operator certificate similar to the steel industry (or special equipment safety management and operator certificate), the comprehensive score of the certificate within the validity period will be added 5 points, and the comprehensive score of the certificate has expired will be added 2 points; Holders of junior, middle and senior professional qualification certificates related to the steel industry, the comprehensive score is added 1 point, 2 points, 3 points, according to the high principle of bonus points, holders of different types of certificates, more than 1 certificate plus 1 point. Under the same conditions, preference is given.
(5) Physical examination: The personnel to be recruited to the Shuigang General Hospital for pre-job occupational health examination (examination expenses). Those who fail the physical examination will not be employed.
(6) Political examination: medical examination without professional taboo, according to the requirements of political examination, political examination qualified recruitment.
